In the broad field of information technology (IT), and given the wide variety of brands
and components available, it is not always possible for a single company to import all products directly.

Warranty and Guarantee Service Terms
Presentation of the warranty card is mandatory for device repair,
and issuing a duplicate warranty card is not possible.
Transportation costs for delivering the device to the relevant
technical service unit for repair are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty cards that do not bear the official hologram or stamp of Arka Network Designers
are considered invalid.
Damages caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood,
earthquake, or similar incidents are not covered by the warranty.
Issues resulting from power fluctuations or electrical disturbances
are not covered under the warranty.
The customer is required to maintain appropriate environmental conditions
and comply with all proper device maintenance guidelines.
Any tampering, damage, or removal of the hologram or serial number
on the device or the warranty card will result in warranty voidance.
Improper use, excessive workload, or incorrect installation
that causes damage to the device is not covered by the warranty.
Failures caused by physical impact, signs of tampering, shock, breakage,
burning, sulfation, liquid damage, corrosion, bending, excessive dust,
chipped components, improper ventilation, use of non-standard equipment,
or repair by unauthorized personnel are not covered by the warranty.
